The Story

Built From the Work Itself

David L. Hill has spent approximately 35 years working in dryer-vent and related home-service environments. Over that time, the calls that were hardest to explain, the customers who needed more than a quick answer, and the technical problems that a basic cleaning could not solve all pointed toward the same conclusion: a duct-only approach was not enough.

Dryer Vent University grew out of that recognition — organizing those field lessons into a complete-system and evidence-led method, where documentation and homeowner education sit at the center of the work rather than as an afterthought.

The mission is straightforward: raise the professional standard of dryer-vent service, and give homeowners a reason to trust the person standing in their laundry room.

In David's Words

“My goal is to help technicians see what others overlook, document what they find, educate without pressure, protect the homeowner, and serve at a standard they are proud to put their name on.”
